Sunday Worship

Worship is the focus of our Sunday morning meeting. This consists of a time of open praise and worship including the reading of Scripture and reflection upon God's Word followed by Breaking of Bread (Holy Communion) and the ministry of God's Word.
We are committed to teaching through the Scriptures which are practical and applicable to our everyday life. Currently Ian is preaching through 'Romans'.
We use a mixture of hymns and songs in our worship that are rich in doctrine as, not only is this honouring to God, but they help us focus on God's truth and remind us that we can only approach God through the shed blood of Jesus.

Communion is given a central place within our Sunday morning service and is done
in remembrance of Christ's death. (1 Corinthians 11:23-26)
This is usually followed by the ministry of God's word. The children of Primary School age leave for their respective Sunday School classes following communion. Mums and Dads with babies are welcome to use the back room when needed.

The service usually finishes between 12.15pm to 12.30pm and on a Sunday morning our church has people of all ages and from many different backgrounds. All are welcome.
